I am a Diversity Reporter at Village Media. (TimminisToday) Also a graduate from Seneca College with an honours award in the Journalism program. I like to weave audio, video, still photography and the written word to create compelling, and engaging storytelling. I tell stories with a focus on empathy - diving deep into the human elements of 'PEOPLE'.

Here is my story.

The story of my passion to become a journalist.

More than fifteen years ago, as a Bachelor of Arts English Literature graduate, living in South India, I made up my mind to become a journalist. Every waking moment of my life since then has been in pursuit of this dream. I have moved to Canada, honed my skills through Seneca's Journalism Program, excelled as a TA, and built a reputation as a talented, up-and-coming journalist.

I have excellent practical experience in content creation. More than 30 of my articles have been published so far. In addition, I am a photography enthusiast - 'Light-and-Shade' - has become the signature of my Instagram page (@jinsh_rayaroth), with over 10000 followers.
